Cambridge is one of the few smokehouses left in the world that still smoke salmon the true traditional way using an open-fire wood burning smokehouse.
Taking only the finest quality fresh Scottish salmon, they hand cure with pure sea salt then smoke in small batches using local oak logs from Santa Ynez valley. The salmon is then fully trimmed by hand to remove all dark meat, sliced thin.
Cambridge House smoked salmon has been named "the best in the world" by New York Times Syndicate, is fully Kosher certified and contains no artificial preservatives or ingredients.
